Is the test timed?
Yes. Each test product has its own duration in the admin panel. The browser timer and server expiry use the same value.
Can a user download without payment?
No. The PDF route checks the certificate payment status on the server. Only paid or admin-waived certificates can be downloaded.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Card payment manual review can be enabled independently from the administration panel. Card information is handled by the payment provider and is not stored on this website.
How are certificate records issued?
Certificate records are linked to assessment results or authorised administrative workflows. Each issued record has a unique certificate ID and a public verification status, and records may be revoked if misuse or a material error is identified.
